Gus joined Vanguard Funds in 1987 and as the Chief Investment Officer oversaw Vanguard’s Quantitative Equity and Fixed Income Groups. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago and an A.B. in Economics from the Dartmouth College.
