Philadelphia, Pa., view from the Schuylkill River
It’s that time of the year again when we make the Bogleheads Conference announcement and Bogleheads start signing up to attend this year’s event, which will be held in Philadelphia on October 22-24.
Because of previous sell-outs, early signups have been brisk. We now have 185 reservation requests for the 200 available spots. I should remind those who requested the reservation forms and those thinking of responding that those 185 aren’t fully registered until they’re paid. However, we do expect the vast majority of those who requested registration information to take the final step to get fully registered by sending in their payment. We assign the fully-registered spots on a first-come basis, not based on when they requested the registration information, but rather when payment is received.
As in previous years, we’ve got another great Agenda in store for attendees, including a visit to Vanguard.
Health permitting, Jack Bogle will be with us again this year. In addition, we have a number of authors and notables who will be participating.:
So, if you’d like to attend, I suggest you get your reservation request and payment in promptly so you don’t end up getting shut out.
Looking forward to seeing lots of old and new faces in Philly in October. Hope you can join us.
